Debbie immediately puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. It was her love of smiles, and her gift for bringing them to the faces of others, which first drew her to dentistry. She began working in a dental office as a sterile tech when she was 16 and she’s been in the dental field ever since. She studied for two years at Oregon State University, then completed her degree in Dental Health Science at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon, graduating with her Bachelor’s in 2011. Debbie’s favorite thing about being a dental Hygienist is creating a fun, comfortable atmosphere for patients so that they, too, can enjoy dentistry!
Debbie’s sunny personality is not reserved for her work, alone. When she’s not bringing smiles to patients in the chair, Debbie enjoys being out on the water with her husband and their 4-year-old son in their boat. A sunny summer day is her favorite thing, along with gardening, camping, and summer BBQs. She and her family have an 8-year-old Rottweiler named June Elizabeth and they just welcomed a tiny new addition: a pet fish named Tim.
